Custom Jewelry is Yanke Design’s Specialty

Instead of a simple “look through menu” that one would order their jewelry off of as if it were a steak at a restaurant, we have focused much of our attention on the custom design aspect in regards to fine jewelry. At Yanke Designs, we realize that each and every person is different; they each have specific and unique personalities, likes and dislikes, as well as stories. Obviously, these people deserve something just as specific and unique as they are. Below are some of the custom projects that we have done for individuals, along with stories on how it came about.

This was a custom piece built as a 40th birthday gift for a customer’s wife, who loves to play tennis. 40-Love is a score in tennis, but it also contains a very nice message to ones wife.

This ring was designed for a client to give to her personal trainer for her 50th birthday. We also inserted a ruby for her birthstone.

A customer came in and requested cuff links that would represent her husband’s hobby: collecting corvettes. Soon, a design was establish, and this is the end result.

A woman got into sculling, and wanted a pendant made like her new boat. She sent us the brochure and we designed this piece for her to represent her new hobby.

A lady’s husband passed away, and she wanted to do something to commemorate him with their wedding bands. She came in and we ended up adding the bands together, creating a cross-shaped pendant that included their children’s birth stones.

This design was made for a woman whose father had passed away. He had always worn tie tacs and we took his collection and made a memorial pin for her.

In addition to designing completely new custom jewelry pieces, we also will repair your old jewelry or redesign it to give it a new look.
